This is the original Help Center page. It presented too much information to a user at a given time. Additionally, it did not tailor its information to a particular user’s situation.
This is the search results page, which continued the static experience of the homepage.
The Competitive Analysis was of great value, providing us with valuable ideas to improve the experience.
This is the first iteration of the design. Some parts were successful, and some required iteration.
An aspect that worked well was the consistency with the recently-redesigned Contact Us page.
An idea that was scrapped was the personalized content drawer. It proved to be cumbersome.
This is the iterated design. The navigation and search were made much more prominent, and the drawer was broken up and placed on the right-hand side.
Instead of expanding the section as originally proposed, the central marketing area was overtaken with the navigation. This solved the problem of items shifting around.
