The ZoomPanel team did not employ UX designers, and thus the site faced several usability and design challenges.
This is the rewards homepage. It is the portion of the site I was tasked with redesigning.
I engaged in a brainstorming session with the team. We defined desired features, produced several design ideas, and identified personas.
In terms of look-and-feel, I decided early on to model ZoomPanel after SurveyMonkey Contribute. I wanted ZoomPanel’s design to reflect a common SurveyMonkey design language.

I sought to increase user engagement by motivating them to complete another survey, or to share their gift card redemption on social networks.
This is the mock-up of the redemption flow. The components and color scheme defined here would serve as the standard for the future site-wide redesign.
